The disc base material is made of high-quality duplex stainless steel through integrated precision casting (no welding), ensuring the safety of stem sealing under sudden torque increases caused by media jamming, providing maximum stem leakage protection. The disc is coated with ultra-high melt flow rate PFA, offering superior thermoplasticity and temperature resistance, ensuring ultimate zero-leak sealing and media safety.
The sealing form between the disc and seat is spherical sealing, providing better sealing performance and effectively reducing flow resistance;
The isostatically molded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) seat, compared with traditional molding methods, has extremely high density uniformity, with a uniform density exceeding 2.16g/cm³, a thickness of at least 3mm, and the ultra-low permeability of the material extends the valve's service life;
